Refund Policy:

• We offer refunds for products whose return is initiated within 15 days upon delivery and are returned within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, and packaging intact.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus the shipping charge.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving your product.
• We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the customer's preference.
• If the product is not defective or damaged, we may still accept a return at our discretion, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or are no longer in their original packaging.

Standard shipping times apply once shipped. UPS shipments are received in 3- 5 business days.
